The history of CLG Insurance can be traced back to the establishment of the Liebert Agency in the early 1900s and that of the Carpezzi Agency in 1971. These two successful companies merged in 1997 to form CLG Insurance.

Today, CLG Insurance is a full-service agency providing comprehensive insurance solutions for businesses and individuals in the New York metropolitan area and around the world. The firm is headed by Edward F. Carpezzi, Chief Executive Officer and Timothy R. Johnson, Chief Operating Officer. The company operates out of Nanuet, New York and employs 40 professionals who specialize in all aspects of insurance, employee benefits and risk management. In 2010, Marsh Berry ranked CLG in the top 3% for sales regionally.
