Medical Coverage:
CLG offers a comprehensive medical plan through Oxford Medical, ensuring that you and your family have access to health care benefits. The plan includes free annual physicals as well as complete prescription drug coverage.

Dental Coverage:
The voluntary dental plan is administered by Guardian and is designed to encourage preventive and ongoing dental treatment for you and your family. The plan covers preventive, basic and major restorative services.

Paid Time Off:
We offer a minimum of 10 paid vacation days per year. This increases with tenure up to a maximum of 20 days per year. We also offer our employees 5 sick and 2 personal days per year.

Life Insurance:
CLG automatically provides Basic Life Insurance of one times your annual base salary (maximum $50,000) at no cost to you.

Disability:
We offer long-term disability coverage from UNUM which gives you a monthly benefit of 60% of your income.

Other Optional Insurance:
Provided by Allstate, these 100% employee-paid programs include cancer, supplemental disability and term life/universal. Get reasonable rates and tailor your benefits to meet the needs of your family.

Tuition Reimbursement Plan:
Our Company is committed to helping employees grow and develop professionally through job related programs and certificate instruction. (Subject to manager approval and according to Educational Assistance Plan.)

Employee Assistance Program:
Our EAP provides assistance on issues of personal concern, such as stress, distress, depression, grief, loss, substance abuse and eating disorders. You can be assured of confidentiality if you use this program.

Training:
CLG offers extensive training both onsite as well as through web-based educational portals, such as Applied Systems, covering required as well as optional topics. Learn at a pace you are comfortable with or even delve into other topics of interest to you.
