Edward F. Carpezzi
President and Chief Executive Officer, CIC
Mr. Carpezzi joined the Carpezzi Agency in 1988. He worked in sales and administration of this family-owned insurance agency until 1997, when he assumed the post of President of the newly-formed Carpezzi-Liebert Group, now CLG Insurance. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and President of the Agency and still actively sells insurance and personally services the policyholders. Mr. Carpezzi graduated from St. Bonaventure University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Carpezzi holds a Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) degree, has served on various insurance company advisory boards and has also served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Rockland County. He was named one of Rockland County’s “40 under 40”, a recognition of outstanding community business leaders under 40 years of age. Mr. Carpezzi actively supports Jawonio, Inc., a center for the physically and mentally handicapped, by serving on fundraising committees and organizing fundraising events. Mr. Carpezzi enjoys playing golf and resides in Northern New Jersey.

Timothy R. Johnson
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, CIC, CRM
Mr. Johnson is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Treasurer of CLG Insurance. After graduating from Ithaca College, Mr. Johnson worked in commercial underwriting, marketing and management for the Great American Insurance Company. In 1994 he began working with The Carpezzi Agency, Inc., which is today known as CLG Insurance. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager and has completed the Chubb/Wharton Advanced Executive Leadership programs. Additionally, he has attended numerous professional seminars on insurance, finance and management. Mr. Johnson holds the following licenses: Property & Casualty Insurance, Life & Health Insurance, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65. He has served and chaired numerous insurance industry and carrier councils as well as non-profit boards. Mr. Johnson very active in youth sports as a coach and administrator and is active in his community. He is married with three children. The family resides in Northern NJ.

Kathleen E. Bradley,CIC, CRM
Senior Vice President
Ms. Bradley is responsible for managing the insurance operations teams at CLG Insurance. As graduate of the College of Insurance, Ms. Bradley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Property and Casualty Insurance. Ms. Bradley began her career as a commercial lines underwriter for Kemper Insurance Company in 1989 and spent the following thirteen years continuing her underwriting career in various capacities. During her tenure at Kemper and subsequently Chubb Insurance Company, Ms. Bradley attended numerous underwriting training courses. She applies that underwriting knowledge to effectively navigate and negotiate with the insurance companies’ underwriters and claims personnel, ensuring the best output for CLG’s clients. Ms. Bradley joined CLG Insurance in 2002. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager. Ms. Bradley holds a New Jersey Producer’s License. She is married with three children and resides in Northern New Jersey.

Michele A. Stoebling
Director, Human Resources and Employee Benefits Division
Ms. Stoebling is Director of Human Resources and Employee Benefits Group for CLG Insurance. She is responsible for all aspects of HR for the Company as well as managing the Employee Benefits Division. Prior to joining CLG, Ms. Stoebling developed her Human Resources specialty at Guardian Life Insurance, Group Sales Insurance Division. Ms. Stoebling earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Certification in Human Resource Studies, NY State School of ILR at Cornell University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and holds insurance licenses in health and life in the state of New Jersey.
